I don't know if it comes with one but I know that there is one, but I suggest for better success going forward to buy what you need separately.
You will get what you want up front and not end up with suff you don't want or need.

I don't think it comes with the starter kit, but to be honest I personally wouldn't want it. The hydrometer is pure poo, the salt is meh and the test kit is less then desirable. Golds has the cheapest price on the vertex refractometers I've found (mine was 50 bucks) go for the salifert, seachem (impossible to find here) or elos testkits. Last time I bought salt ocean city was the cheapest round town for mine (seachem reef salt). Might cost abit more but trust me, you'll be much much happier in the long run.
