![]() Just wondering if I could get input from some of you as to what you do when you go on vacation in regards to feeding... how many of you just go with autofeeders with dry pellets and such .. I'm going to Hawaii for a week in October.. and I will NOT settle for non-reef enthusiast friends stopping by to casually feed the fish since I had a disaster happen early this year with my nano when a friend topped off some water over my heater.. subsequently breaking it causing my nudi to die and thus killing EVERYthing left in the tank.. grrrrrrrr...

![]() I use the lifegard automatic feeder with the optional hopper to store more food. I put Ocean Nutrition Formula 2 and freeze dried plankton in it.

![]() What kind of fish? If I was going for a week, I'd feed well for a week before and leave them until I got back.

![]() Feeding is only one issue with regards to your tank when you go on vacation.
Still nice to have someone just drop by who has some experience, pumps, lights, etc. JMHO. Wendell |
