![]() I found this at the back of my tank today. It is a piece of a large colony of zoe's that I have but I don't know what to do with it. It has 7 heads on it all in kind of a ball. The picture is terrible because it was taken with my Blackberry.

![]() Flatten the 'zoa ball' out so that the bottoms of the polyps all face the same way, and use a tiny blob of gel cyanoacrylate (Loctite Gel is what I use) to stick the clump to a piece of rubble. Let the rubble and the zoas dry for a bit on paper towel before gluing.

![]() Yup, thats one method, but many suggest with frags you work under water to minimise the stress. The gel will form a skin when you place it under water to stick the frag on so when you place the frag wiggle it gentley to break the skin open and allow the glue to bond both surfaces

![]() IME, most corals can and do survive out of water for the few minutes you need to work on them.
Makes everything much easier to work with. |
