Default Aqua C Remora Skimmer

Hi, hope someone can help.
I have to fit the collection cup all the way down in order to collect foam.
And it is hard to fit it in and take it out.
Any solution or anyone has the same problem?
Thanks~

Have you cleaned the air injector.?...there is a small plastic screw that you take out(after shutting off the skimmer)...clean that hole with a small brush...put screw back in...should work better ,

What pump is driving the skimmer, a MaxiJet or a Mag 3? Make sure whichever it is, that there's no blockage and it's delivering the goods to the skimmer.
