Xenia Help

Hi everyone,

I am new to saltwater tanks. I purchased a medium size Xenia today and I put it in my tank. This is my first piece of coral. At the store it looked amazing however since i put it in my tank today it looks shriveled and not fully extended as it was in the store. THis happened as soon as i put it in. I purchased it today ( Monday). Is this normal? Im scared of it dying. any help would be great.

This sounds about right to me.

It took about 3-4 days before it started to look like it did in the store for me so just give it a bit of time.

my xenia and kenya tree are both the same took about a day or 2 to get back to normal but they still like to shrivel up on occasion if something bugs or bumps into it
