Question pump head

good after noon every one

well i have done the unthinkable so my wife says and sold my tank.
the good news is that i will be buying a bigger one going from a 90g to a 175g.
how ever this is my problem! I would like to put the sump in my heated crawl space and the pump that will be coming with the tank is a dart with a max. head of 12 ft.I must pump the water 10 ft to the top of the tank.will i have enough presser or will I need to go up one pump size.does anybody know how much 1 90deg. elbow will reduce the head?

thanks
