Default Would a Strawberry Hat snail eat Clowns eggs?

Approx 1 week ago my Clowns laid eggs in the corner on the glass , unfortunately I had to go out of town with work and my son notified me that the strawberry hat snail was very close and now the eggs have disappeared, could the Snail have eaten them? I'm suspecting so, but curious

i don't think so unless the eggs were rotting. I think it's more likely that it might have dislodged them (or something else ate them).
