Fragalot Review

Just received my order from Burc today and really happy! First time ordering from Fragalot. Some points below.

1. Sometimes emails responses were a little slow and communication could be a little bit better.
2. Corals were packaged carefully and all (except 1) arrived in excellent shape, much better than I had expected after a trip across the country!
3. Only had one zoa frag DOA (out of 32 various frags)
4. Burc was upfront about some of my order not being ready for shipping as he wasn't sure they'd make it. I appreciated the honesty rather than having half dead corals arrive he offered a refund on those pieces but I decided to do replacements for those pieces.
5. The most telling tale of the quality of product is that I will most definately be back within the next month or two to purchase more.

Fragalot is getting some better reviews lately, maybe I will consider making an order as previously I wasn't impressed with reviews.

I had a problem with my first order but in Burc's defense it was more a FedEx screw up than his (my package never got put on the plane and took 2 days to arrive instead of overnight). 80% of the frags were DOA. There was a long delay in sending replacements but Burc was having several unpleasant dental surgeries. While his communication during that time could have been better to keep customers in the loop (maybe even just one mass email explaining the medical issues and stating that he would follow up with replacements etc. as soon as he was feeling better) I do understand how it can be difficult to keep up when you're not feeling well. He did send a replacement order a few weeks later along with some extra free frags and all but one zoa frag survived so overall I am fairly happy and will likely order again one day. But for now my little tanks are pretty full.

Welcome to Canreef!!! Glad to hear you had a good experience with Burc...I did too. I did two orders with him and had only one DOA on each which he made sure to handle appropriately.
Overall, great frags for an unbelieveable price.
