Mounting PFO Double Ended Pendants

Ready to mount some PFO 250W double-ended pendants over my 4X2 ft. 120G.
I know single-ended bulbs go front to back (the width of the tank). Is it the opposite for double-ended? Or, is it the same mounting for double-ended pendants as single-ended?
Picture is worth a thousand words. In this picture are the pendants mounted correctly.

figured rectangle reflectors so the beam pattern would be the same orientation as the reflector.

That article it too much info for my purposes. I was looking for a yes or no answer.
Are the pendants mounted correctly in the picture? Yes or No?
