Default Is this the beginning of growth or tissue loss

Not sure if this is tissue growth or loss .. in the pic on the bottom left you can barely see it but there is some red tissue off the side of the coral and I'm not sure if this is good or bad ?

Also at the top right you can see somthing growing out of the tissue what is this ?

Default

Pic #1 shows algae growing on the polyp
Pic #2 IMO is skelton showing and it has cyano growing on it. I would get your candycane off the sand.
