I would fork out the $500000 for lights and live rock. Then learn how to scuba with a tank like that.

I think I would just build an underwater/above water house on the edge of an actual reef.

I would build a 30 foot cylindrical tank that spanned across 2 floors of the house, maybe a spiral staircase that goes around it to the 2nd floor. Only in my dreams thou, lol.
