Default sps food?

just wondering if many people use the prepared foods such as reef roids, coral frenzy, marine snow or whatever. if so is one better than the others and is it actually worthwhile? ive had some sps for a while and they seem fine. just trying to figure out if i should be using anything or not.

thanks
Trevor

Default

Asked similiar a while back (here) as was thinking about starting. Never really have fed the SPS directly myself (still relying on fish waste) but every time I see a TOTM here or RC and read the feeding schedules, think I should start.
