Default Coral Frenzy. Help

Using coral frenzy to feed corals. Is it better to feed them when the lights are on or off? Some say corals eat at night?

I do both.

I alternate every other feeding. 6:00 PM and 4:30-5:00AM

I don't use Coral Frenzy but I feed after lights out, when the feeding polyps are extended. I give my tank a shot of amino acid an hour before lights out to get them "extra excited". I'm thinking about trying Coral Frenzy, it would be a lot easier than making food myself!

My candy cane coral has incredible extension about half an hour after dark. That's usually when I feed some freeze dried cyclopeeze.
