Default using 28w PC bulbs instead of 27w bulbs

So I have a JBJ 12g nano cube that requires Current USA actinic and daylight 27w bulbs. It is quite hard to find them in the Vancouver area. Do you guys think that I can buy 28w bulbs and put them in this tank? Provided they are the same size and have the same pin configuration?

That small a difference should not matter. I know that regular PC units can take either 55w GEs or 65w Coralifes for instance.

so I finally found my 27w bulbs. when i opened my hood, I noticed that the ballasts are designed for 22w only! 27w is what the aquapod 12g comes with...
