I think it was because of reports that some kids didnt come out in 1 piece after sliding down the slide.

my gf and I were at the naughty but nice taboo trade show last week and were jokingly wondering how many of the "pleasure devices" would be recalled soon for having lead in them?

The reason for the recall is totally obvious - the green paint has some lead in it.

I thought it was because the slide came with a small child. They include the weirdest things in there toys sometimes.
