Default Question about the SCWD aka"squid" for stephane

Hey Stephane,
I heard through the grapevine that you got one of these new devices and just wondering where/how much/when can I get one of these things?

Thanks a bunch.

Default First ?

Well I don't think you are the first as I have had mine for a few weeks now.

You may be the first to connect and run them, we"ll see.

Are you just going to run 3/4 inch vinyl to the unit ??

I am going to use the rainbow modular plumbing from a 1 1/2 in closed loop from a dolphin pump as circulation for my 240 gallon setup.

The modular plumbing comes in Jan 20, will try to post a picture.....

CustomAquatics is selling the unit for US$36 each. It was $46 when I bought mine last week. Got it in the mail last night and had it hooked up immediately - working great so far
