what is the best rock for your dollar, so somewhat cheap but still decent? just wondering as I am slowing filling up my 65 with live rock. Thanks

Really, the best answer is rock that you like. Ideally you want pourous rock, or cool shapes of branching rock, but ultimately rock is a personal taste item. I pick rock based on how it will fit into my design plans, and then I worry about price. Other people want the cheapest rock, then worry about design...
