Default Twin spot HOg fish

Does anybody know for sure if twin spot (Candy) hog fish are clam friendly? I just got a pair for B-day present!

Doesn't anybody know anything about this fish? They look so nice and would make a very nice addition to my tank but I don't want to risk harming my clams.
