Help-small snail-like bugs on zoa

My zoa's have been mostly closed the last few days as there have been little white snail-like critters which have been on them- a recent hatch I guess- I have no idea what they are- do you have any ideas and any advice?

small white critters

I tried to get a pic of them however they are too small for my camera.
