![]() My favorite kitchen (and then some) knife is one I bought at Safeway about 22 years ago. Probably paid all of $10 for it. I prefer it to the $120 Wusthof, which just sits in the drawer most of the time. The "Imperial", as it's called, holds an edge very well.

Well, minus one. ![]() The three on the left are the Laurent Gras Shun Pro set. The other three are the Shun original set, minus the Chef's knife (which has been backordered for a ridiculous amount of time).

![]() Henckels and Victorinox but the later was to soft. I had a very nice Safeway knife that the ex wife actually made clear she'd fight for it in the divorce... I should have let her have it... but I regress...

![]() Grats man, those are some killer looking knives. I use my santoku shun knife to cut tomatoes and everything else. Blows my friends away that it can stay so sharp for so long.
