Default Solution for prizm microbubbles.

I know there are bubble traps and what-not out there and I don't know if this has been done or not but I took the white filter media from my filstar canister and bunched it up against the return spout on my prizm skimmer. The bubbles have been reduced 90 percent. I am very impressed with the outcome. I have read many a thread where people are complaining about Prizm MB's so if anybody out there is having this problem give this solution a try.

Good luck.

Just remember to rinse out the filter media at least once a week or more frequently to prevent it from becoming a nitrate factory.

Yeah. I am going to J&L when it is finished snowing to pick me up a reserve of inserts. I wouldn't want to completely defeat the purpose of the skimmer.
