I'll see if I have time tonight to snap a pic.
 I'm going to re-wire the ballast in case that is causing the buzzing, maybe that will fix the bulb, and its definately going to need a new fixture.

if you paid with visa or paypal i would lodge a complaint against him. frankly the guy seems so shady im hardly suprised.

FWIW (I'm not trying to back him up by any means.. just throwing in my 2 cents here)
I bought the refractometer, RO/DI unit, Seio pump and 2 heaters.. everything is in great working condition. FWIW....
