Where sells Workhorse Ballasts?

Just wondering what stores in Edmonton sell workhorse ballasts? Preferably on the North side of town.
Looking for a WH2 or maybe its equal. Not sure what would be close to it but alot of people recomended a workhorse ballast.

Litemor sells them. (west)

or maybe try phoning Bartle and Gibson on Fort Road..? (I think)
