![]() I use the Seachem Mg I just follow the directions for the beginer which I think is 1 TSP per 20g twice a week, but I normally do once a week half way between my water changes and I have noticed a difference. The article Muck posted says it is more for SPS but I noticed more of a difference in my LPS and softies

I use the seachem Mg and mix it with warm RO water in a super saturated mix (about 1 cup per gal) then I add it to my sump and check my levels again the next morning. a good idea might be to do this using 1/2 a cup and see how much that raises your Mg, then you will know how much you need to add to get you to the right area.
