Hey I have seen a lot of pictures under people names and I was wondering how you put them on your profile and where do you get them from.

Also Under my name it says I am a junior member and I was just wondering what is the difference between being a junior member and a regular member.

Hi Ben, go to my profile and select view/update. The avatar part is straight forward.

As for the junior member; it is just the number of posts.
