I'm fortunate as I own a sign shop... I used vinyl. Quick, easy, removable, and what colour did you say you wanted?

I like that vinyl idea. If you get tired of a color you just peel and start again.
I like the Krylon Fusion paint.
I painted my 25gal cube with no name blue spray paint, I wanted to see how durable it was so after it had been on my tank for a few months I took a piece of clear packing tape and stuck it to the paint and pulled. All the paint came off, as I wanted to repaint the back anyway and since this tank was shut down due to drilling I picked up some Krylon Fusion blue.
I used a spare piece of glass and did the same packing tape tape trick. After only 24hrs dry time, the Fusoin did not come off.
