Default head loss calculations

When calculating head loss in a closed loop, do you need to include what is on the input side of the pump? Like the height of the pipe and any 90 and 45 deg's. This is for the input to the pump, not the return to the tank.
Thanks

Yes gools I did see it. Just wasn't sure if I need to include the intake. Thank Johny.
