Injection is nice if you can get access to each individual polyps, but in a highly stocked tank it's nearly impossible without rearranging the entire tank.

"PEPE" ( girlfriend does most of the naming ) the peppermint shrimp took out 50+ in less than a week...
I think their rostum (sp.) or nose is the way to distinguish a pepper vs non pepper real peppermint shrimp have a shorter rostum than the fakers... not much help unless you have them side by side though.
