Default new to canreef, hello everyone
hey guys and gals, im new to canreef. well ive been lurking in the shadows for a few months but now im a member i live in victoria, and im just getting ready to start up my 30gal tall reef after a couple of years of reading and saving up the bux, lol. its a different tank being 24x24x12, kinda reminds me of the old one at safaris cash desk... its got a 175 watt MH ushio and an actinic NO bulb for lighting. prism pro deluxe skimmer (i didnt buy that, it came with the setup) and a fluval 304 that i might use for chemical filtration and flow, but we shall see.... im hoping to keep an anenome and clowns and maybe one other small fish as well as some corals. LPS and posibbly some SPS. im gonna take it nice and slow. and im trying to do it all right. ive got anRO/DI filter etc. anyways, enough blabbing. i look forward to trading frags and info with lots of you. and thanks in advance for the replies to the many questions ill no doubt have.. cheers
