If a wrasse I'd getting harassed than it will hide until the harassment stops. I think you will just have to patient and wait it out bud. You can also use food to entice it to come out and see who is the the culprit that's picking on it. I am sure as long as it's esting, you will just need to give it some time.

I saw the fish out for a min or two while I was cleaning the glass. Maybe Ill see it again in another month lol. At least I know the fish is alive . Hope will will come out more often.
