Downsizing to a smaller condo, so having to sell my entire set-up. Was used as a reef tank, but can be just salt water or fresh water. Is run with a sump system underneath and comes with an Eheim 900 GPH return pump and T5 lighting canopy and features ~$5,000 in custom Maple Cabinetry.

The cabinetry has too much detail to list here, but will answer any serious enquiries. Asking only $2,200 for all, and it is worth it....given the quality of the workmanship. Quite frankly, I am giving away the tank and all associated as the money here has gone in to the cabinet which would look great in a restaurant, business or a home.

Ok, just to be clear on what I am selling:

- Tech 5 lighting with 6 bulbs (2 actiinic, 2 Fiji's and 2 white)
