Anyone keep Sympodium(blue centres green tenticles)what kind of growers are they?

I have a rock covered in it. I have had it for over a year and there is no noticeable growth. It is recently much happier (more extended) than usual, so maybe I will see growth. I hear other people saying similar things. I also heard that placing it at an angle so it is positioned vertically rather than horizontally can help improve growth, but I haven't been able to confirm this.

I've never seen it before offered at LFS so getting a piece was a nice treat
