They are both occelaris, and in the event they were to breed they would produce offspring that were capable of reproduction.

The species is what is important for reproduction: not the colour. While there is some interspecies breeding that can take place between clowns, which produces offspring, I don't know if those offspring are sterile (like mules) or if they are feritile.

Species in clowns are not as important as the complex.

Ocellaris and percs and mix

Anything in the tomato complex can mix, clarkii complex, etc.
