Default Skimmer suggestions for a 30-50 gallon HOB

I have a 35gallon tank, and at the moment I can only put a HOB on. What are peoples suggestions for a good, reasonably priced HOB?

I plan to have a 15 gallon sump within the next 4 months or so...How well do HOB work in sumps?

Any help would be much appreciated!

I don't think "reasonably priced" and "HOB skimmer" should be in the same sentence. Imo, you have to spend the money for a good quality HOB otherwise you're better off saving your money for salt and just do bigger water changes. The only HOB skimmers I would consider buying are the Deltec ones. I've heard some good things from people I trust about the Bubble Magus HOB skimmers which are much cheaper, but I haven't even seen them in action yet. You can spend less and get better when it comes to in-sump skimmers though.
