Default Reef leds from ebay

Hey just wondering what everyone thinks of these lights seems like a great deal.

Default

There is a thread on these on reefcentral. Search "Chinese LED". They go for as little as $148 on eBay.

Default led

don't bother with them.first they are 1 watt leds , second if one bulb burns out a whole section goes.stick to a 3 watt led.i've bought numerous ones of ebay to try out and was disappointed in the ones you are looking at.i ripped it apart, threw away the 1 watts and used the driver for another build.there are some 3 watt fixtures i bought for $68 for a 20" and a 40" for 128 that have the same par as a vertex illumilux that i'm happy with-but the lights are only 3" wide
