FS: Tank shutdown items up for sale

I recently shutdown the tank in my office. Here is what is up for sale:

1) 55ish gallon tank (custom made, I will get the measurements when I get home) Comes with a black wood stand (from petland) $100
*Will need a good clean* and it will not be for sale until all the LR is sold

2) AquaMedic TurboFlotor 1000 protein skimmer.

was used for about a year, the pump needs a good cleaning

3) Eheim cannister filter. I will get the model number when I get home

4) Aquaclear 110 - I modified this to be a refugium

5) 36" Corallife T5 lighting. $40

6) I have another cannister filter I only used for FW. I will post specs when I get home.

7) 33 gallon tank (no stand) Used for less than a year, was used for a FW growout. Bought from Golds

*This setup will come with fish* There are some Neolamprologus multifasciatus in the tank. If you dont want them, I can throw them into the 90 gallon and hope they survive.

9) 20 gallon tank (no stand) Was used at my last job, I was able to set up a tank beside my desk. Was used for 6 months or less because the 20 I had before that started to leak. Would work great as a QT tank.

I will add more to the list. I'm trying to clear out all the junk I have collecting at my house, and at my parents

8-> 33 gallon tank with stand, does this also come with a heater and filter? I'm assuming it does because the fish come with it, but I just want to make sure =)

I am interested in the tank, protien skimmer, aquaclear/refugium and lights. Would you take $200 for all and is the space under tank stand big enough to add a sump?
