Default need help with new sump setup

I just upgraded my sump from a 30 gallon to a 50 gallon. I have never seen thus sump in action before. From what I see it looks like I may have to much water. This us the level I would like to keep it. Any suggestion would be great. It setup for a herbbie system right now with thw main drain about five inches below the water. Guessing I might have to drain it and build up one of the baffles but I'm not sure witch one

The sump will work fine as it is but if you want to keep the skimmer section at a constant height you need to extend the second baffle from the left to height you want maintain the water level.
