Sorry bout pic quality , they change from Royal blue to black to almost white . Have 3 of them

Almost looks like my Blue Fin Dam, they start out white with a yellow dorsal and blue bottom fins when young. Then turn completely black when fully grown adult.

I would agree that it is a Blue Fin.
They are definately going in the other tank when it gets up and running.
