Does anyone run one of these, and know what type of electrical draw it pulls?

Ya, the specs say 9.5A, that just seemed high to me. Wonder if that is max draw at start up, or running power.

Half hp is a big chiller. Seems about right to me.
I don't know about the max draw. Write aqualogic? Or maybe a qualified electrician could chime in

Ya, I'm sure it's right, just doesn't equate. 1/2hp is about 345 watts, not the 1092 the specs claim. Must be more going on inside than I'm aware of.

My conversion tables say 375 watts. But that discrepency is neither here nor there.
If I remember correctly, your fridge is the greatest draw in your house. (not counting your aquarium) Normal peoples houses lol
