LF: pressure rated pump (Vancouver)
Looking for a good pressure rated pump as listed,

does anyone know whether throttling back pressure rated pumps at the output with a ball valve can reduce the power draw from the wall? how much power does it reduce to? and whether it will damage the pump impeller... thanks!
