I think if the seller isn't willing to post an expected price he only opens himself up for low offers. I see another MCE600 posted on this site for $250 so really how far off is the $200 offer?...

I should've written any reasonable offer lol. Considering this skimmer is nearly brand new with full warranty on it still I think $200 is too low. Open to more offers
