Communication is great!! always reply my e-mail within the and hour or so. even outside of the regular business hour. Now I envy you guys on the island...

IMO, what differ a good retail store to another is mainly communication.

Sure!! price is also important but doesn't help when you can't never talk to a live person or taking hours to reply.

So... how's the life on the island?? what does ppl do for living anyway??

Sounds like a great store! As far as what they do for a living,I think most of the Islands population work on the coconut and pineapple plantations.I believe I read that in an old National Geographic magazine.
