I had no idea i'd be damned tonight. Canreef ROCKS!

Marie...so there's no real way to stop encrusting colonies is there? Do people chisel at the edges or what? I never expected anything to GROW in my tank. I want to be SMRT and ready!

Yes, coralline algae can be as big a pain in the ass as hair algae or cyano

Yea well I cleared out a bunch a few months ago and some small pieces fell on to the acro below. They were tiny and I, not thinking much of it just left them there ....now as you can see they are growing right out of the center of the poor coral
