This is my reef tank. It is still a work in progress. But arn't they all? The tank is 72x30x20, the tank was built by someone else and is the last tank in my house that I didn't build. I have been building a lot of nice tanks for people and am sick of looking at this tank. So in the near future I am going to be building a new tank. The new tank will have the same foot print but be 22" tall. With a piece euro, all edges polished, with the returns in the euro.

I am running an eight bulb 48" tek light. Look to upgrade to a ten bulb 60" ATI or a fourteen bulb 72" aquactinics. I am waiting on my ATI bubble master 250. I have a pos euroreef rs180 on it right now and I hate it. There is a reefkeeper two to control the lights and pumps. the main pump is a little giant 4-MDQX-SC, additional flow is by four koralia four's and a three. all of the power heads turn off with the bright lights and turn back on with them. I am not sure if this helps or hinders, but it seems to be working for me. The sump is 48x24x18 with a 20 gal fuge built in. I am running bio pellets in a large deltec reactor, but only half the recommended amount. This seems to be allowing my cheato to keep growing and not die off. I am also running a tunze ato and dossing is done when needed manually. Jay

Thanks guys, I sleep in my 400 gal. The reef is a little small. The center coral is a finger leather.
