Default new skimmer ?

i have bine realy wanting to try sps coral in my 90 gallon tank and know that my coralreef 65 will not work .i was looking at eshopp but wondering what size would be ok on a 90 ?also anyone recomend a good skimmer .looking to spend between 250 and 300 roughly and would like a sump type one

I would suggest either EuroReef or Vertex. Vertex is a EuroReef copycat. I have a EuroReef RS-180 on my 90 gallon reef, and it does a very good job. I would suggest an "over-size" skimmer as a skimmer's rating is the MAX tank size, so if you use an RS-180 on a 180 gallon tank it will be performing to the lowest standards that EuroReef deems suitable.
