Everything that I have MO has come ontime from US and Canada ... however if ordering from US ask for USPS if possible and some vendors will mark " gift " on item to avoid extra taxes ... if shipped by UPS then you will get hammered with taxes/duty.

Err, I had to pay Canada Post $9 to get my free shirt from the reefs.org photo contest.

I'm thinking about applying for a refund though.
