![]() I'm finally upgrading to T5's,have powercompact right now,have 46gallon bowfront,just recieved nova extreme pro 4X39watt,got it from petsandponds,nice fixture exept 3 out of the 4 bulbs were broken,manufactueres packaging,pets and ponds is sending me replacement bulbs.Have softies in my tank including a huge squamosa clam that might have to go.With the T5's could I keep more than softies,thanks.

![]() The Clam will probably appreciate the new light a lot so it only has to go if you want it to.
As for whether you can keep more...that is dependant on your tank dimensions. I would say there are quite a few people keeping LPS and some SPS with a 4 bulb T5HO. The SPS woul have to be right near the top though.

![]() I like the clam,it's just getting to big,tank dimensions are 36 long,20 3/4 inches deep,18 inches from sandbead to water line,right now have frogspawn,leathers,green starpolyps,mushrooms,bubblecoral.The clam is roughly 8 inches long and around 6 to 7 inches wide when open,had him for 2 yrs.
