Question Looking For: To Rent or Buy - Canister Filter - any size

Looking to rent a canister filter (for a week) OR if any one has one kicking around that their not using, I could buy off of you. Please let me know.

This will help clear my sand storm faster.

Lee so will filter floss too in the sump.

Yup, that would work...if only I had the plumbing finished. I'm cheating and starting the system before the plumbing is complete. Lets just say, I'm used to having tanks sump-less

i hqve a small ehiem 2226 you can borrow .i was just useing it to run carbon in my tank .

filters are 2 pipes at a time ore 4 at a time

Don't know what type of powerheads you have, but I have a number of AquaClears and there is a filter adapter available for them. It's a cylindrical cage type affair that fits on the intake, costs about $10 and takes a poly filter. Not as much capacity as a canister, but way less hassle to service & change out filter.
