Default Cleaning Crew

This has probably been beaten to death, but a cleaning crew for a FOWLR tank. With a small bio load (say 2 false perc clowns and 2 or 3 other small friends), what kind of a cleaning crew would I need? We are setting up a 29g FOWLR tank, and are not sure if a cleaning crew is needed or not. We are thinking a cleaning shrimp, a couple hermit crabs and some snails. What does everyone think (also depends on what the lfs has in stock).

If you are planning to add coral later add only one hermit crab.
IME 10 snails in a 29 gallon is far too many.
There will not be sufficient food for them and they will starve to death.
A couple is fine.

Yeah, I was thinking about 3 snails, one crab and 1 or 2 shrimp. If we're gonna add any coral or anything other than fish in the future, we'll go with a bigger tank first I think. But who knows. Thanks for the input.
