Default Which Hang-On Skimmer to Buy???

I need opinions on which skimmer would work well hanging on the back of my 40 gallon breeder tank?

I am using the coralife 65 gallon skimmer on my other tank but it is in the sump and is doing quite well. Any ideas or opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Personally, I wouldn't buy anything other than a Deltec for hang on skimmer. The next best thing would be a Remora, they aren't very good, but better than the rest. I have one you could buy if you want.

Depending if you have a lot of room behind the tank, the Aquamedic Blue 1000 has been a really good skimmer for me. I use it in sump rather than hang on but it's taking a good amount of stuff out of my 70G. $199 US or less to buy it plus shipping.

Just remember that it's pretty deep so you need a little room behind the tank.
Just my 2 cents.

The new ATB multi should be coming out soon, it looks like a very promissing skimmer, can compare with the MCE600
